What I will do over the next couple days is help you customize your health and fitness goals to meet your needs. I help you choose the best Beachbody program to get to your goals depending on your interest and fitness level.

The simple step-by-step Ultimate Portion Fix videos teach you how to make healthier choices for the other meals of the day & all things food!

I’m going to keep you ACCOUNTABLE. Every day I’m going to post in the challenge group something to help you stay on track and every day you’re going to check in with me too! We do pop up challenges where you can win some fun prizes for all your hard work because YOU DESERVE IT!!!!

We’re going to keep each other accountable and we are going to address obstacles that you face on a daily basis and help you overcome them -- both mentally AND physically -- the two go hand in hand.
